We started our first big smokin' session for the Big Green egg on July 3rd. Daniel thought that we could bring the outcome to the 4th of July celebration.
So we awoke to this awesome piece of meat! We had to go and check it in our PJ's!

Fun times at the river! The only way to stay cool was in the river...that's where we stayed! :)
